Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement, for example by email or letter, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs. This does not include any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option offered by us.

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Return of goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect or defective item.

Loss of value

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to check their condition, properties and functionality.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is based on an individual choice or decision by the customer, or goods that are clearly tailored to the customer’s personal needs. This particularly applies to personalized or custom-made products.

The right of withdrawal may also be excluded for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery.
