1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop www.outboxing.fit.

2. Products and offer
Our online shop offers clothing and accessories, in particular T-shirts and similar products.
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. Minor differences in color, appearance or fit may occur depending on screen display and product batch.
3. Order process and conclusion of contract
You can select products and place them in your shopping cart. Before submitting your order, you can review and change your details at any time.
By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your shopping cart.
After receiving your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. The purchase contract is concluded once we accept your order, ship the goods or confirm payment.
4. Prices and shipping costs
All prices shown in the online shop include the applicable statutory VAT, where applicable, and exclude shipping costs.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
5. Payment
The available payment methods are shown during checkout.
Payment is due immediately upon placing the order, unless otherwise stated during checkout.
6. Delivery and shipping
Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by you.
The estimated delivery times can be found in our shipping policy or during checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, shipping provider and product availability.
If a product is unavailable or delivery is significantly delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our withdrawal policy.
For personalized or custom-made products, the right of withdrawal may be excluded.
9. Returns and complaints
Information about returns can be found in our return policy.
If an item is damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered, please contact us immediately by email at outbox.sro@proton.me with your order number and, if possible, photos of the defect.
10. Statutory warranty rights
Statutory warranty rights apply.
11. Liability
We are fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body or health.
In the case of slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations, our liability is limited to the typical and foreseeable damage. Essential contractual obligations are those obligations whose fulfilment is necessary for the proper performance of the contract and on whose compliance you may regularly rely.
Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
12. Copyrights and trademarks
All content in our online shop, in particular texts, images, designs, logos and graphics, is protected by copyright or trademark law. Use without our express permission is not permitted.
13. Contract language
The contract language is English.
14. Applicable law
The law of the Czech Republic applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
If you are a consumer and have your habitual residence in another country, mandatory consumer protection provisions of that country remain unaffected.
15. Dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
