1. Shipping countries
We currently ship to the following countries:
Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Czech Republic and other EU countries
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
EU: 4,95
3. Delivery times
The estimated delivery time is:
Germany: 3–7 business days
EU: 5–12 business days
The delivery period begins after receipt of payment or confirmation of the order.
For personalized or custom-made products, the delivery time may be longer. If applicable, the respective production and delivery time will be stated on the product page or during checkout.
4. Shipping providers
Shipping is carried out by a suitable shipping provider depending on the destination country and availability.
5. Shipment tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. If tracking is available, the tracking link will be included in this email.
6. Incorrect delivery address
Please make sure that your delivery address is correct and complete. If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply.
7. Damaged or lost shipments
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible by email at outbox.sro@proton.me and send us photos of the damaged packaging and the item.
If a shipment takes unusually long or appears to be lost, please contact us as well. We will investigate the case with the shipping provider.
8. Customs duties and import charges
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply. These costs must be borne by the customer and are not covered by us.
